SOMIQ is an AI-assisted nutrition and training tracker. During the beta it is free; paid subscriptions with the pricing shown in-app are planned for launch and will only ever start with your explicit sign-up.
This is pre-release software. Features may change, break, or be removed; data may occasionally need resetting. Please don't rely on it as your only record of anything important.
Be 18 or over, keep your login private, and use the app for personal, lawful purposes. The coach's replies are automated: sanity-check anything that matters, and none of it is medical advice — see the privacy policy for the full health disclaimer.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, the service is provided as-is during beta and our liability is limited to what you have paid for it (during beta: nothing).
Delete your account in Set-up at any time — that ends these terms and erases your data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
